However, with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, our courses and event tickets are transferable to someone else or exchanged for another product or coaching service.
This Refund Policy applies to all product and services rendered through Priority Living, Priority Team and Priority Networker such as:

- LIVE GROUP AND ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
- LIVE EVENTS
DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND MEMBERSHIP: All digital courses and products are delivered into your personal Priority Living membership. Within minutes of purchasing a digital product or course, you will receive a confirmation email as well as an email with your login credentials. Once you login, you’ll see the product and/or course on your Dashboard.
LIVE GROUP AND ONE-ON-ONE COACHING: You will participate in all live group coaching classes via a conference line. All calls are recorded and are delivered in MP3 format into your personal Priority Living membership. For your One-on-One coaching call(s) Tom will call you directly at the time you selected. These calls are *not* recorded unless previously arranged.
LIVE EVENTS: Within minutes of purchasing a digital product or course, you will receive a confirmation email with all details pertaining to the event. As the event comes closer, we’ll continue to email you updated information.
